About Sagecare

Opening in 1995 with 3 offices in Hertfordshire and London, and now part of the City & County Healthcare Group family, Sagecare operates over 15 branches today and is a leading regional home care provider for a number of councils and NHS trusts, including Bedfordshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council and Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust.

Our home care services are also commissioned by private individuals needing support, by family members on behalf of others and by advocates, and our primary aim is to support everyone we work with to enjoy independent living in their own homes for as long as possible.

Assisting with most matters care-related, our care assistants provide expert home care support to a broad range of clients:

• Elderly care, including dementia and Alzheimer’s support
• Reablement and rehabilitation support for those recuperating from long-term illness, injury or hospitalisation
• Respite care, temporarily relieving regular carers or family members

We’re here to help our clients lead as independent lives as possible in the comfort of their own homes. We facilitate that by tailoring our care programmes to each client based on their needs and requirements while giving them as much choice as we can in the decisions taken over their day-to-day care.
